Who is responsible

What this website collects

This website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or third-party fonts. It does not ask you for any personal data.

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare may briefly keep technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the time of your request) to deliver and secure the website.

When you contact us

If you email us, we process your name, email address, organization and the content of your message. We use this data only to respond to your inquiry and, if relevant, to prepare and manage a business relationship. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

We keep correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and for any period required by Portuguese tax and accounting law.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your data. It is stored by our email service provider, which processes it on our behalf. Cloudflare processes the technical data described above on our behalf as our hosting provider.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email robin@finatics.pt. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (cnpd.pt).
